Our digital display ad flights are based on impressions purchased over a period of time. An impression is only counted when your ad loads within a user’s viewing screen. We set up all ad flights to optimize your share of voice across the duration of your ad flight, whether that is 14 days or 30 days.
What you need to know:
We require a minimum purchase of 50,000 impressions. Keep in mind, the more impressions you buy – the higher share of voice you will have and more impact your flight will have.
Ad flights are live within 24 business-hours after receiving approved ad creatives and click-through url
You are not required to submit all ad sizes; however, we recommend sending 1-3 of the approved ad sizes.

Ads must be submitted as jpegs, png, gif, or html5 and must be smaller than 1MB
It is the candidate’s responsibility to make sure that the ad graphic includes the appropriate disclosure information
Election ads include a geo-target to site visitors within Knox County only
