Meet the Team
Jay Allred
CEO
What Do I Do? I help clients set effective growth strategies. I’m good at getting to the heart of a problem and simplifying complex situations into chunks which feel achievable. With clients, I help them define growth strategies. We work together to understand their users, and make messaging and products to solve the problems users actually have, not the ones clients hope or think they have.
About Me: Montanan by birth, but Midwesterner by choice. Bicycles > cars. Skateboards > scooters. Mountains > beaches.
Margaret Allred

What Do I Do? Through my work at Source Brand Solutions, I write sponsored content articles for clients, showcasing their businesses, events, schools, etc. through journalistic-style stories. I am trained in Storybrand marketing, creating sponsored email campaigns, newsletters, website copy, social posts, and more.
About Me: After graduating from Mansfield Senior High in 2020, I traveled to Glacier National Park to participate in seasonal work. Collector of records and other fun trinkets. Missoula is where the heart is. Un jour à la fois. “When things get really bad, just raise your glass and stamp your feet and do a little jig. That’s about all you can do,” -Leonard Cohen
