You want prospects to constantly want to learn more while on your website. You want them to take a look at your homepage and instantly gain interest and continue navigating your website.
Not only do you want them to want to navigate, you need to make it easy for them so that your users have a good experience. They also need easy access to the products or services you may offer. This matters immensely because if you don’t implement these practices, you’ll receive a faster bounce rate.
Your website should embody who you are as a brand and an organization. It’s important to add even the smallest of details to your site such as: mission statement, photos, employee biographies, etc. You want your audience to feel like they know you on a personal level.
But you especially want to make your website clear enough so when they go to your site, they take one look at it and they instantly know what you offer; They don’t need to guess.
